Suggest you first speak to your qualified Squadron Fieldcraft instructor as that will determine what you can and can’t do, and ratios (1:10 daytime, 1:8 at night).
Once you’ve done that there’s plenty of ways to adapt patrolling, observation and how things are seen/cam & concealment to work with radios.
It depends on what level of experience your cadets have and the qualifications of the instructor.
Consider ACP44 chapter 9.
ask someone with Sharepoint access to pull out the chapter it has over 30 different radio exercises.
these are not all simple classroom based exercises, where Cadets are talking over the radio from one end of the building to the other. there are some which are more “practical” and even those that aren’t can be adapted.
I suggest taking a look at the exercises and see how you can modify them to your needs and ground the exercise is taking place
