Is there an updated version of the Commandant’s safeguarding/ welcome letter that SharePoint search is hiding from me?

Getting a ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS issue, usual troubleshooting not working.
There are multiple problems ongoing, by the looks of things. We’ve been told to tell helpdesk if we get any problems today.
I logged in just now for a few minutes and no issues.
Still no dice for me, was working fine yesterday.
Will give it another try this evening.
Have you happened to have a workflow complete for something? Rank/Role appointment etc
That usually forces role accounts to get unassigned.
