Is there an updated version of the Commandant’s safeguarding/ welcome letter that SharePoint search is hiding from me?

My adj had it pop up to save a document.
I think I need JSP 907 Ch 8. Anyone got the latest version? Apparently the national exemption details are actually in the new policy!
I believe it’s on Modnet so you can ask perm staff to find it.
