As the instructions are a little unclear, does anyone know what the requirements for ACLC are?
It seems to me that it’s aged over 16 but not yet 18 and any rank up to and including FS.
Is that right?
I’ve never understood the max rank thing…
Though demotions have always been available for FSs wanting to do it… 
An inverse ‘acting rank’ if you like…

I think that the reason for the max rank is to keep the ability level as similar as possible - those who are already experienced SNCOs have other courses they can do instead.
