I’m curious, what exactly would happen to a Cadet who didn’t show to either of those events (without a genuine reason)? Surely they wouldn’t make them an Unqualified Aerospace Instructor

Absolutely, it makes sense for them to use their knowledge for the benefit of the corps.
Just seems like an expectation/requirement with no actual enforceability.
No formal enforceability, but it would/should impact on then if they were to apply for other courses (like a FS) later on.
