I’m almost certain a promotion board is going to come up in a few months and I want to become a Cpl. Honestly I’m nervous as there is currently only one opening and this cadet is on top of his drill however I am beating him at qualifications, do you guys have any tips at all for promotion boards? (I would love some drill tips or any videos that could help me because I’m not that confident). Any relevant information or tips you have for promotion boards would be greatly appreciated, thanks! 
You won’t go wrong if you have a search on here and read the several posts from people in similar situations as yourself.
My advice is sell yourself, you cannot overdo it.
Why do you want to be a corporal?
What can you bring to the current NCO team?
Have a sound knowledge of the RAFAC.
Most of all, make sure you get the basics right. Dress and decorum should be impeccable. First impressions go a long way!
