Anyone else having problems with the online training? One section (others have worked ok) keeps giving error message, but I can’t find any kind of helpdesk to ask about the error code, it’s sending me mad!!

In general, in case anything pops up Bader wise broadly, there’s helpdesk@rafac[etc] that goes to the HQ Digital team

I would say go via the wing bader POC first before raising to Helpdesk. As a Wing and Region POC myself, I know the helpdesk would prefer one email from me noting there is an issue which could potentially be RAFAC wide, rather than 1000 emails from every man and their dog. In general, if it’s something I can’t solve, I’ll ping to straight to the Helpdesk anyway.
