I’m glad I get my point across
Support bubbles are now 15 + staff rather than 15 including staff!
All depends what HQAC says after this
Indeed, I’m just making comments based on what’s being said
careful to differentiate between “normal” activity groups and “support groups” . . . we don’t provide support work to young people.
Good point, corrected.
That’s been the case for a little while.
This has been the case for a while and isn’t new, HQAC updated our details to match this in V6 of the Return to Sqn Parade guide on 22 Sep
Interesting.
Yes they slipped that in…
That should have been made more of a big deal of.
But for those of us who dont live and breath only cadets, that is almost IBN worthy!
Yeah, pretty much my thoughts. All the staff that I know that had opened were still using 15 total bubbles. I certainly didn’t know it had changed, but that may be my ignorance for not reading the new guidance.
I set up alerts in the Recovery Planning area of the Key Docs.
I think I only found out from a comment from someone on here.
My old OC was completely unaware until it came up in conversation just before the last lockdown.
All of the guidance from everywhere (inc Gov) has been to keep checking your local guidance as we’re constantly shifting to adapt to what we now know.
To be fair, that was the case before lockdown
As I have now been informed, yes. I wasn’t aware though.
Question for the Welsh among us…anyone know where the requirement to complete a COVID self-declaration comes from?
BMC guidance suggests it is required for activities in Wales, but I can’t find any government guidance requesting / mandating it’s completion. It seems to have grown out of the Welsh Sport association guidance somewhere.
I was not even aware it was a thing to be honest, but I’ve not really been keeping up with the new regs since the firebreak lockdown.
Neither was I until someone pointed it out in the BMC guidance. Seems an unnecessary bit of paper to me, which is why I’m trying to get a handle on whether it’s actually required by any legislation.
