Power Automate create document

Bottom line up front: Has anyone found a way to populate a Word document, or generate a PDF, using Power Automate functionality which is available on our Microsoft license type?

I have a couple of Microsoft Forms which are well-used within my region with around 500 responses per year. They are time-saving for everyone involved.

At the moment, data ends up being stored in an Excel spreadsheet. This is fine, but not very readable for longer paragraph text responses. It’s also not possible to share a single entry, without copying and pasting the table row and faffing around with reformatting it. I’m looking for a way of generating a more tradition document-based output, which can be shared as required, and will serve as a governance record for many years into the future.

The ideal connector to use is the “Populate a Microsoft Word Template” connector, but that requires a premium Power Automate license. I’d gladly pay for this but it’s not an option… I won’t use anything outside the BADER ecosystem. Does anyone have another solution? Any ideas appreciated, thanks.

Not specifically on the automation side but there was (is?) a way to create forms from within excel that gives more control over the layout.

IIRC it is via the online version of Excel.

If I can find it I’ll post back,
