Is that the lowest point of the bottom chevron or the dip at the top chevron?

It’s also the lowest point of the light blue embroidered chevron too… Not the lowest point of the dark blue felt.
Though, you’d be hard pushed for anyone to notice or worry about an ambiguous 1/8 of an inch…
The distinction only becomes noticeable when it comes to the measurement for FS Crowns.
