So there are some cadets (over the age of 16) I know both from my squadron and other squadrons who are in intimate relationships.

The question I have is when cadets come to squadron in uniform with hickies above their collar is it grounds for inappropriate uniform? Similarly would this cadet be expected to hide the bruising due to its more sexual nature?

Personally I don’t have a problem with it but some NCOs I have spoken to have disagreed.

In summary, would cadets be allowed to have hickies or would they be required to hide them?

Bruises are bruises. Whether you’ve been unfortunate enough to be hit in the neck by a golf ball when you were walking across the aisle in Tesco, or by some other means.
Quick safeguarding check and move on.
