Not too long ago i did “drop the egg” but of course it can get a bit messy and you need to be prepared to control a lot of cadets.
Realisitcally, for a good night you need 3 main stages to your plan. 2hr30min is a long time to keep cadets occupied.
Find an ice breaker, = back-to-back drawing, just to get everyone excited and start the laughs.
Then the main activity, Marshmallow spaghetti tower - Make sure they don’t eat the marshmallows and I’ve had cadets eat the raw spaghetti
And then do something to finish off, such as the chair game.
Also a health and safety assesment for each of your activities. It does take effort but it is fun.
