There’s no 'assessment" for the parachuting babe bit though it’s there? Just complete a course then jump out a plane and slow down enough before you hit the ground!

Because the badge requires the instruction course and successful jump.

You can. I refer you to the study published on here recently about how a parachute has no impact on survival rates.
