Ok I am after some advice. Way can an over 18 cadet act as staff to make up number for. Trips but can’t make up numbers if not enough staff for a parade night

Can’t they? I thought they could. They just can’t be on their own.
I just checked ref my above reply. They can make up the numbers, but can’t “run a parade night in the absence of any other member of adult staff”. So if you’ve got a CI and 3 staff cadets, you can have 40 cadets assuming 1:10. (Can doesn’t mean you should. Working at 1:10 shouldn’t be the norm, albeit, it often is.)
