Just wondering if a local or national issue as I have 5 days pay outstanding going back to Oct 2022 and another OC is outstanding 10+ days pay.
Heard that HQAC is processing pay claims from 2021 - anyone else suffering this??

The situation is a bit of a joke really. As a volunteer it’s pretty mad that I’m out of pocket for expenses that were made over a year ago. I’m talking about HTD, but I know VA is in the same situation too.

Yeh, ive lost count of what i have and havent been paid for.
At least the old system you got a reference of what duty was being paid.
Put in three F80s on 6 Dec, all paid at end of Jan.
They appear to have made the choice to overburden the admin team without thinking they may want to increase the staffing in that area temporarily. Top management.

Not going to lie, it’s a little annoying, and demeaning, that people are getting paid F80s that were put in in December and there’s those of us still waiting for HTD that’s over a year old!
I know staff are not in it for the money but, expenses should be paid promptly and VA far sooner especially if staff have used annual leave/ holiday time. All this could do is put staff off doing activities or even attending parade nights. HQAC need to think on about retention.
Also such monies could help top keep the DCoS onside about all the time away from home. A dinner out or flowers/beer go a long way to keeping her/him happy.
