Apart from the badge, are there any other differences between WO’s and OR’s No.1 SD hats?

Does the WO had have a double, front and back?

WOs hats are much better made. They are also a slightly different shape, being more like an officer’s hat, except with a shiny peak and holes for the badge.

No, unless it is a QCS style.

ORs chin straps are plastic about 7mm wide. Officers Chin straps are faux leather and wider
