Operating cost Joint Cadet Centre

Does anyone happen to have any idea of the costs to the organisation when a Squadron operates from a joint Cadet centre, albeit one which is owned / maintained etc by the local RFCA? Thanks.

Why worry as all the utility bills should be paid by RFCA.

Mostly a few extra padlocks to keep your kit extra secure.

Fear not one and all, Abus and Domestos both have a standing order for their products!

Seriously though, does anyone know if there is any type of rent / service charge paid to the RFCA?

Dont think so. Aslong as they own it…unlike us RFCA pay us to put their property in our land

On the plus side. Sharing with the army cadets normally results in a better service from RFCA :zipper_mouth_face::zipper_mouth_face:

I thought all of the land was owned MoD estates with RFCA as the agents to do all the build and maintenance side with money from HQAC. Although we won’t go into what RFCA do and how well it gets done.
As for a better service in joint HQ, hmmm I know a couple of people who’ve gone into joint HQs and still it seems have to go through Wing to get things done, which seems mightily stupid to me.
