What on earth has gone wrong in No.3 Welsh wing?

If some of the allegations were true, was safeguarding and security notified and involved?
Looking at his series of posts, it’s sad that he seems intent on chasing grudges and venting his frustrations in public. The damage to his reputation within the Wing and RAFAC will be substantial I suspect.
Everyone needs to vent sometimes and the best place is usually in private with a good friend or group of friends.
This is not the way (to misquote)
They seem to have been deleted. Too slow after cooking the hubble & squeak!
Somewhat unsurprisingly, given the character concerned, I seem to be blocked from viewing the page. I presume that it’s the page that used to be titled ‘OC 3 Welsh Wing’, but is now titled ‘ My RAF Career’, or somesuch?
A rather bold title for someone who never attested and never served a single day in the RAF.
RAF Career
RAFVR(t) and RAFAC career
It’s amazing how a single line on someone’s profile can say so much.
Just tracked the page down.
Shame i missed the original post.
Worth remembering hes not on here to defend himself/return dialect etc etc
I don’t know the guy at all. From his posts on there he seems great and has clearly had a long and distinguished career within the RAFAC.
But it really does annoy me when people try to make out in one way or another that they were, or currently are, RAF.
With a RAFAC career like his he should surely be proud of calling it just that! Instead he’s clinging on to the whole VR(t) thing and calling his page his RAF career.
Just tried to look. “Content cannot be found”
In short there was a post bout white elephant land drovers purchased for the wing & about a particular Sqn being undermined by other Sqns.
What it mainly came across as was someone who has broken down about what they’ve seen as the changes in the organisation.
For VR(T) there was that technicality as we were subject to the armed forces act. Sometimes it is that crutch that people tell themselves to motivate themselves so they can keep going & maintain that illusion for the cadets.
It’s when it all comes to a sudden end & the person is ejected from the org (either by their own choice or others) that the reality hits & some people can’t cope that they are no longer doing the activity they have been doing constantly since 13, sometimes sacrificing career & families.
It’s very sad when it happens so hopefully the chap in question has former cadet colleagues checking in on him - particularly at Christmas.
Locking this thread as already mentioned, the individual isn’t present to defend themselves. Among other things.
