Why it just can’t be the Sqn Cdr or whoever was i/c the activity that sign off claims is BS as they will know better if the claimant has done whatever they are claiming for.
I many ways gets into the heart of the problem that all we do is feed into an OTT administration system, which is just there to serve itself and not actually do anything remotely useful. You would like to think they have something more important to getting on with.
I can’t imagine being at work and having to seek approval from anyone other than your 'supervisor or at most manager.
