Some really positive things in this report. Shows why many of us staff do this job despite many being unhappy with the way the powers that be operate.

Nothing new there really. Anyone who has been doing this for a little while will be able to name specific cadets.

I hope this makes it into the press and onto school heads’ desks.

I know there is nothing new. But good have something recognising it that we can refer to when dealing with outsiders rather than relying on our own anecdotal stories

The problem is it only really mentions CEP and isn’t focussed on community units, which are far more prevalent than CCF of any type.
