Dose anyone know if the new staff cadet ranks slide have to be worn as I have never been given them but unsure if I need the new ones or if am ok with the old style with just the crown and staff cadet under it with no yellow?
If you’ve been issued the new ones wear the new ones

Super so i don’t need to source my own yellow ones?
Correct, stick with what you’ve got until you’re issued with new style ones

This.
There’s still old stock in the supply chain to use up

The biggest issue is squadron’s not permitting FSCs from wearing their rank slides!! Heard that some CFAVs don’t recognise at squadron level, saying they should only be worn on VGS duty
