They have. All cadet forces adopted it at the same time.
That may be the case, yet she did nothing to fight for us. As I told her at the time ‘If it aint broke, don’t fix it’ yet she refused to listen.
All that was needed was an addendum to QR 1000 for VR(T) and TA B Cass Commissions to state that any Redress of Grievance stopped atb the relevant Commandant.
As I said, a total failure in Functional Leadership.

She didn’t need to destroy the history that went with the insignia however.
As I said at the time the SCC have been allowed to keep their RNVR insignia despite changes to their commissions yet we were made to join the Dawn Selfie Brand for no reason than she wanted to rebrand the Organisation.

This new advisory panel gives me hope. Listening to the cadets views directly is something the management of this organisation do very little of, so I’m glad to see some form of representation. Hopefully some big things will come from it.

It’s a step in the right direction, there appears to be big sections of the organisation where things simply don’t make it through the RHQ/WHQ filter and this might help. Will be interesting to see the demographic that is picked to be on the panel from across the org.

This sounds great, I hope that those involved are able to honestly feed back local level reports and don’t get stage fright. It could be massively constructive.
How long has CAC now been at the helm? It would be good to see a 100 days in office report like for new political leaders 
So far, just from what I have seen and anecdotally, we seem to be on the right sort of path.
It will be good to see some progress on shooting and flying.

I put myself forward but was rejected by Wg, who clearly misunderstood 2 per regions as nominated 2 OCs 
Not seen or heard anything about who has been selected as yet.
