They’re in circulation, but no idea when they’ll be widely available
Who at HQ actually decides on badges and then who releases them.
it was a part of the 2024 PTS rework, so It would be a very highup decision
however, cutting the Nij badge would probably be a Civil Service decision, as it was cost cutting
