Isn’t the idea of an ambassador someone with a public profile who can use that profile to increase awareness of the RAFAC? Love her or loathe her, Vorders did have a high public profile and did promote the organisation when she could.

The path she took in more recent years doesn’t negate everything before it.

I can only offer my sympathies to him and his family, as I imagine we all will.
Lost someone close to me to Cancer. It pains me to see that another family will lose someone, who is such a wonderful influence in their lives.

Not all ambassadors are gp capts. I think we have one who’s a wg cdr and have possibly had ambassadors without honorary ranks.
