What sort of activities do you do on NCo nights? Suggestions welcome 
My NCO’s like to run leadership based activities.
Last time we had an ‘NCO Night’ on squadron, it was simply uniform prep! The NCOs were giving their advice on uniform i.e bulling shoes, moulding berets, etc.
