Negative. These white-on-blue name-badges are no longer worn in the parent regular service, or active reserves. Obsolete for wear in both Review Order (ie No.1s/no medals or gloves/command insignia) and in all versions of No.2 dress.
The current official RAF pattern name-badges example designs are copied below. I would be very surprised if there wasnāt a direct RAF Air Cadets version: and, if there isnāt already, that could be generated without much difficulty

They used to provide the white ones that were the prior iteration to the above. About Ā£6 each. Like a soft silicone cover to the face. Good quality
