Hi… In air cadets are you allowed to have gel nails or extension if so what colour is acceptable? Thanks
Nails must be a natural colour and shape. You cannot have long extensions or anything other than a natural shade such as light pinks/creamy colours. I would advise cadets against extensions anyway due to them being easily snapped off during activities.
