Hi my MTP smock zip is the opposite way so that pulling it down zips it and pulling it up opens it. Could anyone help with this as I would be incredibly grateful?

Also trousers are too long and maybe a bit wide
Smocks have 2 zips, so you can do both.
The trousers will depend where and how you got them. If you bought them you need to try and return them or take them up. If you were given them from your squadron you need to speak to them and ask for a better size if they have one.
Try using the elastic waistband/buttons on the side - that will give you a couple of cm smaller or bigger.
If you mean baggy around the bum/legs, yes - they just are.
Ok, I just am a bit stressed because now there is a rip in the trousers, not sure it I should sew it

If this has been supplied by your unit, just admit to it and apologise. They should be ok with it.
Speak to staff before attempting a repair. We’ve managed to fix trousers with a patch cut out of stuff that is no longer serviceable, but it takes a bit of skill with needle and thread.
There is only one zip and it zips only from top to bottom
