Does anyone have any idea where I could buy an MOI lanyard with a button with quick delivery?

You beat me to it and as rare as hens teeth but just use a button that looks similar ………
If you cant find the Black plastic button, get an RAF tunic pocket button and paint it black. Jobs a gooden.

are these suppose to come with the button when u order them?
You would hope button as well but alas not but like the idea of painting one or else get a black one from a shop that’s similar.
I always thought the black buttons were from No. 6 SD jackets, but I’ve just double checked and they’re brass staybright.
I’ve just passed my MoI course, but my issued lanyard sits very weirdly on my shoulder. Having compared mine to the one used in the Bader video, it seem to be a different design. Mine also looks suspiciously similar to ripoff direct…
My best description of the problem is that the thin part is too short so it can’t reach round from the epaulette to the button, and the braided part is too far from the loop at the end. Anyway, does anyone know either:
- How to make the unofficial ones fit properly, or,
- Where I can buy one that is the correct dimensions?
