Mars Bar Fishing
Stores:
1 * Chair / stool
1 * Broom (or equivalent)
1 * length of string
1 * Mars bar
2 * Teams of 2 (preferably 1 male & 1 female per team)
1 * Fisherman
Preparation:
Tie one end of the string around the broom handle, and the other end around the mars bar, thus creating your fishing rod.
Clear a reasonably large circular area of floor and place the chair/stool in the centre.
Aim:
To eat as much of the mars bar as possible whilst stopping the other team from doing the same.
Execution:
First the hands of all the competitors (fish) are restrained behind their backs. The teams then get on their knees in front of the stool and face each other.
The fisherman (standing on the chair) then begins to Fish with the mars bar.
When the mars bar is finished, the team that took the last bite is the winner.
Rules:
The use of hands is not permitted.
Fish must be on their knees at all times.
Ok, seeing as noone else obviously has fun at Sqn dinners…
Mr Thumb
Before dinner commences, Mr (or Miss) Thumb is nominated in secret. During the dinner, between main course and the end of dessert, Mr thumb is free to choose when to place their thumb on the edge of the table. When anyone sees someone with a thumb on the table they must repeat the action until the whole room is sitting with one thumb placed on the edge of the table. last person to do it. (usually someone who hasn’t noticed the eerie, anticipatory silence,) gets added to the after dinner forfeit list. (controlled by the PMC)

That’s one part of the Ring of Fire drinking game!
One I know may not be entirely appropriate, but it’s basically called Korean Dessert. Whatever the dessert is, you may not use your hands to eat the dessert or indeed to hold any cutlery. Essentially you’re eating it but dunking your face into it. Not too easy when it’s apple pie and custard.
Form 2 teams each in a line at one end of the room.
At the other end have 2 brooms. Teams must individually run to broom, hold it upright with their forehead on the top and spin round it a certain amount of times and then run back to their teams.
Best played with people lining the room in case of “navigation errors”
