  1. Download the Template, select the 3 dots in the right corned and “Download”

  2. Open in Word Locally (if installed)
  3. Select Enable Editing at the top of the screen.
  4. Click on “Rank” / “Firstname Surname” / “1234 (Anytown) Squadron)” and start typing. Rank is a dropdown.
