Mass un-publishing of RAFAC Facebook Pages

My unit is one which has been targeted by Meta and subsequently unpublished for:

“We suspended your Page
This is because XXXX Thingy Squadron - Royal Air Force Air Cadets goes against our Community Standards.
See Details”

“Your Page has been unpublished

This is because XXXX Thingy Squadron - Royal Air Force Air Cadets goes against our Community Standards on impersonation

We have these standards because we want everyone to feel safe, respected and welcome.

If your content goes against our Community Standards again, your account may be restricted or disabled.

You can disagree with the decision if you think that we’ve got it wrong.”

Part of me wonders if this is in part due to the media edict we be required to display the RAFAC emblem alonside our own.

Either way, this has been an issue for weeks and no update from Facebook or via RAFAC who (in a weekly update) stated they would go to bat for us.

Anyone else in the same boat/had any success getting un-frozen?

Used this form when first communicated and had heard nothing since.

I’ll keep our fingers crossed for resolution soon

I think this is the same form, but it was mentioned in weekly brief 86 which was just 3 weeks ago.

I doubt Meta will move that fast for us, and then factoring in any “volunteer” delay

How’s progress @Wizzle ?

Well over a month of being unpublished because we followed branding guidance is beyond silly now!

We’re starting to see movement now, but only cause a Meta employ is raising multiple internal requests for is.

Five pages restored and 12 more to go (based on those who have completed the form).

So is there a plan to prevent a repeat incident?

Sounds as well like we could struggle to resolve future issues if we lose this insider relationship…
