I can’t seem to locate on Bader a definitive guide as to ATC Cadet No.1 Dress jacket badge placement (in general, but also in context of the LLC badge itself).
Can anyone please point me in the required reference direction?
It’s buried right in the bottom end of 1358c. Para 0428 (page 131 of v3.0)
