You need to complete a JSP 907 to book facilities via the Booking Cell as you would for a range etc.
No POC on the site?
It will have to go through the booking cell to be allocated and they will then give you details of someone on site you could contact to arrange your recce.
The booking cell or JSP 907 will tell you numbers available etc.
