Hi, new volunteer ci here (probationer).
Logged into volunteer portal fine, but when I try to access mandatory training, get access denied
Have deleted all cookies, cache etc and tried multiple devices and no joy. Any ideas?

So you need to visit Log in to the site | RAFAC Learn
This is where you compete your mandatory training, once competes you’ll have green rocks on the dashboard in volunteer portal.
