Leading Drill

Okay so I am quite a small person in fact the smallest in my section despite being one of the older ones. I am maybe eligible for promotion after completing EALT (eastern area leadership training) however I don’t have the power in my voice to shout the commands loud enough for people to hear me and if I start to call out as loud as I can while maintaining it at non screaming level I get told “um maybe try speaking deeper” which I do and then get told “your not doing it”

What should I do I can’t change my voice …
Anybody got any tips… Oh and by the way I am a girl. Not a boy who’s voice hasn’t broke yet.

shout fromt he stomach not the throat…it sounds an odd thing to read i know, but the power comes from within the body not the throat…

Y’know of all the drill I’ve done over the years and the number of times I’ve been told to do this, I’ve never understood it nor can I physically do it.

Like, ever.

Maybe I’m defective.

Thank you for helping me, but I have been trying and still don’t understand do you mean like say it as you breathe out or like really put effort in cus if it’s the later trust me I do and I sound more like a horrible soprano person than a bad ass cadet I have been putting effort in for ages
