Morning everyone
It’s very likely I’ll be leading a flight in drill at summer camp this year, however I have received very little training on how to do so properly. If anyone could provide tips or advice that would be really helpful and much appreciated.

There are sone good videos on YouTube of RAFAC drill competitions, which I would recommend as everything is done by the book.
My first point of call was the watch QCS / KCS videos, but so much of what they do is non-standard and / or arms drill that the competition videos are much more educational.
