Leading Cadet - Learning and Taking Exams outside of Parade Nights

Hi!

Would I be allowed to learn the Airmanship, Navigation and Principles of Flight syllabus and take the Exams outside of Parade Nights (as leading cadet training hasn’t been mentioned at all).

Any help would be appreciated!

It would depend on your Squadron - on ours we don’t allow it, but then as have 2 academic nights a month and have it planned so that cadets can’t rush their academics.

Other Sqns only do self study - so it would be up to your staff.

Makes sense I suppose. It’s just as I would like to catch up to some of the other cadets (as my Sqn let me join in between the Cadet Intakes). Thanks for your help.
