Hello! I would just like to ask if I can do leading exams without the rest of my intake. I won’t be able to do any progress towards it for a few months, probably not until we’re back in jumpers again. I tried to use the learn website, but it says the examinations are locked.

To summarise - is it possible for my squadron staff to approve or unlock them for me? If so, do you recommend it?

I’ve got 2 bronze badges, most blue badges, completed (and won) sector field, and I’m also selected for wing field. It just seems strange for a first class, and I’d like leading, as our squadron has a promotion matrix (requiring this classification).

Any help appreciated

Ask your staff. They’ll want to know you know the material rather than just guessing blindly

The exams will be unlocked after you have done the appropriate lessons. There’s no value in you guessing your way through them because what will you have really learnt in that case :slight_smile:
