Hello everyone, I’m organising a leadership training night on my Squadron next week as we’ve got a few cadets possibly worthy of promotion. Would anyone happen to have a few ideas for leadership tasks as although I’ve come up with quite a few team building tasks, my cadets have recently done some of them so I could do with having some fresh new exercises for them.
