Hello all, can anyone suggest any good resources for Leadership Exercises that do not require equipment? I have already used all of the Blue Syllabus ones
Raf or mod planning exercises
Cadets in single file by age, height, date of joining etc etc without talking.
Assuming you have pens and paper, get them to plan an ex for the other team.
Form shapes with nothing but themselves.
Etc etc
