Anybody waiting for their JPA update to go through to allow them to go to probationary CI status?
Just wondered what sort of timeframes people are experiencing.

I’ve got a CI waiting 15 days for HQ atm, my pre JPA CIs we’re done in days so unsure if this is caused by the change of system or is a symptom of summer annual leave.

I’ve had CIs wait at least a month before getting a JPA record. Also had CIs appointment workflows being rejected for petty or ridiculous reasons, which I suspect was to clear HQAC workload and reset the clock.
Approaching 2 months and counting.

I have had a new CI waiting for over a year. It was so long that the application was rejected because the DBS we issued her was over six months old (due to the wait at HQAC).
You couldn’t make this up…
Almost makes you think HQAC don’t want to recruit new CFAVs, saves on the workload though.

I wonder how many CFAV’s have walked after being left in limbo for months. Especially after having jumped through all the hoops to get to the final sign off.
Not being allowed to parade until a box is ticked at HQAC despite having completed BPSS, a DBS, and then having Sqn and Wing approval seems barmy.
