JNCO course expectations

In our squadron we have a corporal sign up and I’ve put my name down,now I’m also going on a JNCO course next week.

What should I expect from the JNCO course and what should I expect from the corporal sign up interview and also any tips for a good application letter.

Anything will help thanks.

It’s probably best that you speak to your squadron staff as NCO selection will vary between squadrons. Even NCO courses will vary somewhat between wings.
