I've just bought something new

Finally bit the bullet and swapped my old mess tins (1945) for a jetboil flash.

The death knell for the tins was the new osprey water bottle pouches being just too small for mess tins and hexi. You can get them both in, but it took me 10 minutes to get the damn things out again.
Would have been cheaper to buy the Osprey Utility pouch that they do fit into…
The water bottle pouch is the biggest issue pouch I’ve seen?

I just bought this.

It’s road legal (50cc, will do 30mph without modification)…

and it folds up for the car boot!

Just a bit, it’s depressing seeing all that money disappear from my bank account for the deposit and solicitors fees and everything else :crying:

I haven’t even started to think how much it’s going to cost to get the house kitted out
