Typically this is resolved just by refreshing the page.
I’ve refreshed it but it still isn’t working. And I need it as I’m trying to put in that I’m not going to be on tomorrow.
Are you using a vpn by any chance?
Ah I think I may have an IP private relay through my phone on.
Turned it off and it is still not working..
Very odd. I would say the site is probably having one of its meltdowns, but I’ve been able to use it completely fine so far. So I’m unsure what your problem could be then.
Possibly worth clearing the cache?
I’ve had problems with volunteer portal where it hasn’t been reset properly following an update.
This si slightly unrelated, but haven’t got anywhere better to put it. When i just went on CP, there was a notification thay said our sqn had been invited to a SNCO/JNCO course, but when i clicked on the notification, it just disappeared without a trace.
Is there any way to see the notification history or anything? It’s not coming up in the announcements list or anything either.

No I don’t believe there is, but (unless your staff have shared and unshared the event) it should still be visible on the events tab.
If it’s not, no harm in dropping your training officer an email!
Apparently it’s a glitch that’s been happening a lot recently. That notification has been around for ages, but cadets are not supposed to see it. Only the staff of your unit should see it. When your staff see that notification, it’s then their decision if they want to upload the event onto everyone’s portal.
