Which is the document that lists everything the ACO is insured to do?

Being lazy here, but if an organisation wants to see our public liability insurance, what do we show them? Obviously we operate under the indemnity, but a climbing wall wants to see what insurance our in house instructors have so that we can use the wall.
Your show them the indemnity certificate that is in ACP 300!
