Initial Kitting Forms

Hi all,

Trying to look for the initial kitting forms for RAF VRT and seem to have a hit a blank wall. I know the list is available in AP1358C. But was wondering if there was a form I had to fill out re sizes etc!

Yes, check the sharepoint forms page, I think it’s on there.

Can only find Logs Form 5… Which isn’t overly helpful…

Oh…that was the form I was thinking of! I’m sure it used to be helpful. I’ll have a root around.
