So this Sunday we have a remembrance parade and we’ve been told we’re not allowed piercings on the parade. However, even though I’ve had my earrings in for a while now, they are pretty badly infected which means I am not allowed to take them out as they can cause all sorts of internal infections. Do you think I could be allowed to use ear tape if I bought some with me? My squadron aren’t too picky about piercings usually but I am in band with the sea and army cadets so I’m not sure how they would respond. Any advice on what I could do?
I’d go with the tape.
