Improving Disipline

Hello.

Our squadron has gone downhill in terms of discipline, to the point where some of our more experienced cadets have to be reminded to use ranks when speaking to someone more senior, or have to be told multiple times to carry out a simple instruction (such as being quiet, even on parade).

Can anyone offer any tips on how to improve dicipline, because it isn’t the squadron that it used to be.

Have you asked the staff to address the issue , because if it is that serious then maybe you should have a meeting with the cadets with the staff and tell them its not acceptable and so on and see if it improves.
