Ideas for a flight development night

Hi, I am a Sergeant and Flight IC.

I am trying to plan a flight development parade night where we go over uniform, drill, confidence and discipline in general as we have an upcoming parade and the standards are not as high as I would like them to be at the moment. Has anyone run anything similar before, or got any advice/ideas on what worked (or didn’t work)? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Firstly what is it exactly youd like to achieve is it just 1 night you are doing and what is the squadron lacking mostly in? we have run many of these nights and nco days as well which have run quite well.
