I just recently left my SQN which i feel quite bad about but there was many reasons and one being it was too far away. There are other SQN’s closer to me and would like to join them but i feel really bad leaving one SQN and then going to another. any thoughts would be appreciated, Thanks
there shouldn’t be any issue whatsoever - Sqn’s don’t really compete for recruits, and staff move about reasonably happily when their life circumstances change, so its not something to worry about.
the only caveat to that is whether you left on a sour note, but if it was just a matter of practicality then there’ll be no hard feelings.
Might depend on age too
